Who we are looking for
We’re looking for someone who is highly analytical, collaborative, and confident in translating complex user needs into clear, practical system solutions. They will be a proactive communicator who enjoys working across teams, thrives in a small but dedicated environment, and is committed to helping RASA optimise and continuously improve its core systems.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor degree (AQF Level 7) in information technology, information systems or similar course or IIBA certification or equivalent experience in the field of information technology.
- Broad and coherent theoretical and technical knowledge with depth in one or more disciplines or areas of practice
- Demonstrated experience in systems implementation projects
- Experience translating business requirements into clear, concise, testable, and accurate user stories and process flows.
It would be a bonus if you have:

Experience with Finance, HR & Payroll or CRM systems
What you will be doing
You will be a key member of a small, dedicated team in ensuring that RASA is maximising the efficiencies and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of its core applications. You will lead initiatives in collecting user requirements, training users, and assisting in provision of solutions that help achieve RASA’s goals.
- Act as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision making process.
- Assist with functional gap analysis across various proposed systems to ensure functional fit and product assessment and selection including discussions with potential vendors.
- Collaborate with users to formulate and document business requirements.
- Commission or create, maintain, and update RASA-specific application and system information as part of enabling end user self-help and user-retrieved information pertaining to relevant systems such as Service Manuals, User Guides, How-To Instructions, and Enhancement /New Feature Summaries.
- Conduct meaningful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues related to RASA applications.
