  • Full-Time Position (Up to 76 fortnightly hours). Fixed Term Contract Ending 30 June 2027.

  • $94,409 pro rata per annum + Super + Salary Packaging* (to increase your take home pay)

Who we are looking for 

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to fill the role of Redress Support Service Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our Redress Support Service (RSS), ensuring seamless access to trauma-informed and culturally appropriate services for individuals who have experienced institutional childhood sexual abuse and are engaging with the National Redress Scheme.

 

To be successful in this role you will have: 

  • Tertiary qualification (AQF Level 7) in Social Work, Psychology or related discipline or demonstrated knowledge and competencies appropriate to the work.

  • Extensive experience working with complex client matters.

  • Experience in trauma informed practice.

  • Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

  • Experience working within the community services industry.

  • Experience working with clients who have experienced Out-of-Home-Care.

  • Experience in leadership and understanding of service provision.

 

It would be a bonus if you have: 

  • Experience in community engagement.

  • Experience working with individuals, couples, or families in a therapeutic context.

  • Experience in delivering clinical supervision.

 

What you will be doing  

  • Support the Manager Trauma Services in ensuring high-quality case management support.

  • Provide supervision to Caseworkers on day-to-day practice, reporting, and case reviews.

  • Coordinate referral, allocation, advocacy, and collaborative case management.

  • Assist Trauma Triage Intake team with Redress intakes.

  • Allocate new clients to caseworkers and manage client allocation list efficiently.

  • Support incarcerated individuals in South Australian Justice Facilities.

  • Coordinate support for indigenous communities in accessing and completing Redress applications.
