  • Ongoing, Part-Time Position (38 Fortnightly hours, across Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday).

  • $66,807 pro rata per annum + Super + Salary Packaging* (to increase your take home pay). 

  • Located in Hindmarsh.

We are seeking a dedicated Client Services Officer to deliver on-site, client-centric service and administrative support across the range of services offered by Relationships Australia SA (RASA). In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling inquiries, providing information, referrals, and managing intake services to accurately assess and address the diverse needs of clients and visitors at RASA sites. 

 

Who we are looking for 

To be successful in this role you will need: 

  • Cert IV Community Services (AQF Level 4) or willingness to undertake the qualification. 

It would be a bonus if you have: 

  • A passion for community services and community well-being.  

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment where speed and accuracy are critical. 

 

What you will be doing  

  • Deliver best practice in client service from the first point of contact and throughout their engagement with RASA.

  • Work collaboratively with teams to support a "No wrong door" approach for client inquiries.

  • Conduct triage and identify service needs for all clients and visitors, both on-site and over the phone, including scheduling appointments and providing information about RASA services.

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors at the front desk, supporting risk management at the site.

  • Work with leaders and staff to provide efficient client service in relation to appointments and case management.

  • Adapt service delivery to meet the diverse needs of clients, including those with different abilities, languages, and cultures, both on-site and through digital platforms.

  • Handle payments and banking accurately and timely.

  • Ensure high standards of risk awareness and response at the first point of contact.

  • Follow RASA’s policies and procedures, using initiative and providing feedback where appropriate.

  • Perform universal screening using the DOORS tool at the front line.

  • Engage in positive teamwork with other client service officers to promote consistency of best practice across RASA.
