  • $86,398 pro rata per annum + Super + Salary Packaging* (to increase your take home pay).

We are seeking a proactive Client Services Coordinator to lead our team in providing exceptional frontline services. You will manage complex client enquiries, assess needs both in person and by phone, and support Client Services Officers in offering up-to-date referrals and service options. Additionally, you will oversee resource ordering for clients and staff, manage financial reconciliations, and collaborate with key managers to drive innovation and implement changes. You will also champion research and evaluation projects, providing valuable feedback to managers and the research team, while overseeing the call centre platform at our South Terrace site.

Who we are looking for 

To be successful in this role you will have: 

  • Certificate IV (AQF level 4) in Community Services (or willingness to complete within 12 months). 

  • Experience in delivering client services across multiple service programs within the community services industry. 

  • Demonstrated experience leading a frontline team. 

It would be a bonus if you need: 

  • Diploma (AQF Level 5) in Human Services or Business Administration. 

 

What you will be doing  

  • Ensure best practices in client service from the first point of contact through ongoing engagement.

  • Collaborate with managers and triage teams to provide compliant and effective services.

  • Support a "No wrong door" approach to client enquiries, including triage, appointment scheduling, and providing information about RASA services.

  • Oversee the accurate receipting of payments, banking, and reconciliations.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RASA and external service options, and ensure high standards of risk awareness.

  • Use the DOORS tool for universal screening and support the team in its implementation.

  • Lead the team in consistent best practices, monitor workflow, and ensure accurate data entry and reporting.

  • Provide leadership in cultural fitness, client complexity, and team debriefing.

  • Coordinate valuable training experiences for trainees and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
