RASA is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in driving data driven decision-making. As a Data Analyst, you will leverage your expertise to extract valuable insights from our data, support our Salesforce implementation, and contribute to the overall success of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and submission of scheduled reports within required timelines as determined by RASA federal and state funders.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
- Support data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights.
- Assist in data migration and integration from legacy systems to Salesforce.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems
