Who we are looking for
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Bachelor’s degree (AQF Level 7) in information technology, information systems or similar course or equivalent experience in the field of information technology.
- A strong understanding of Salesforce and its capabilities, with a focus on administration, customisation, and user support
- 2 years of experience in Salesforce preferably with Non-Profit Cloud implementations.
- Demonstrated experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
- Hands on experience with Discovery framework
- Hands on experience with Document Generation
- Salesforce Administration Certification
- Demonstrated experience in supporting data migration
- Hands on experience with deploying changes across multiple environments
It would be a bonus if you have:
- Experience as a business analyst in translating business requirements into clear, concise, testable, and accurate user stories and process flows
What you will be doing
The Salesforce Functional Analyst for the Client Information & Case Management System (CCMS) at RASA will play a pivotal role in ensuring a successful implementation of Salesforce NPC solution to replace existing Client Information System. The role will work with the project team to build assessments, reports, dashboards, list views and support the system testing as needed during the build and testing phase.
- Collaborate with the Business Analysts to review functional requirements from the business stakeholders and design solutions to improve the system.
- Build assessments (forms), build printable documents, configure list views and page layouts.
- Implement system enhancements in collaboration with the internal team and the Implementation Partner.
- Define and build reports and dashboards that give stakeholders effective insights.
- Assist the internal team in providing post go-live user support for the system users.
