The Training & Change Manager, Client Information & Case Management System (CCMS) at RASA will play a pivotal role in ensuring a smooth and successful transition to Salesforce. By developing and executing a comprehensive change management strategy, the role will drive user adoption, minimise disruption, and foster a culture of engagement with the new system.

Who we are looking for
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced change leader who can confidently guide staff through the transition to Salesforce by fostering engagement, building strong relationships, and driving user adoption. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a proven track record in delivering effective training and supporting organisational change, particularly in the implementation of Salesforce or similar systems.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Training and or Change Management role, preferably within the non-profit or public sector.
- Minimum 2 years of experience delivering software training.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing organizational change initiatives.
It would be a bonus if you:
- AQF Level 7 qualification in Change Management, Training or Education, Human Resources Management, Business Administration (with a major in project management or organisational change), or a related field.
- Understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
- Experience working in the social services sector.
What you will be doing
- Partner with key stakeholders (Project Manager Salesforce, Executive Management, etc.) to create and execute a comprehensive change management plan for the Salesforce implementation. This includes identifying potential challenges, developing communication strategies, and fostering user adoption.
- Develop engaging communication materials and training programs for all staff levels. Facilitate workshops and address user concerns to ensure successful transition to Salesforce.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure a smooth transition for their programs. Proactively engage with stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle, manage expectations, and address concerns.
- Proactively identify potential challenges and resistance to change associated with Salesforce implementation, developing strategies to overcome these obstacles and encourage user buy-in.
- Lead the development and delivery of engaging training programs for staff at all levels, ensuring user readiness for the new system.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to address questions, build user confidence, and encourage active participation in the transition to Salesforce.
