This role provides strategic and operational leadership across programs that respond to complex community needs including: mental health for people who are aging, youth educational disengagement, family and institutional violence, multicultural inclusion, gambling harm, and the prevention of HIV and blood-borne viruses.

You will contribute to both long-term strategy and day-to-day service excellence, including building a workforce and service culture that is committed to:

  • prevents and heals the impacts of family and institutional violence
  • strengthening cultural safety for clients and staff
  • embedding the rights and wellbeing of children — including when they are not the primary client
