Who we are looking for
We are seeking a creatively driven, detail-focused designer who can confidently translate diverse requirements into clear, engaging visual solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive collaborator who works seamlessly with stakeholders and the Communications team to uphold and enhance the RASA brand across all projects.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or similar.
- Demonstrated experience in Graphic Design using software including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and experience in Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated experience in producing high quality materials at industry standard with high attention to detail.
It would be a bonus if you have:
- Experience with video production and editing
What you will be doing
You will lead the delivery of effective, creative, and engaging visual communications for Relationships Australia SA (RASA). You will provide expert advice and design solutions that meet the needs of a diverse audience and varied stakeholders across the organisation. You will be responsible for defining, designing, and delivering accurate, effective, creative content that conveys intent.
- Professional and creative graphic design, layout and illustration services of various communications materials using the prescribed corporate brand templates and guidelines.
- Extend the corporate brand through the development and design of new applications, templates, and guidelines.
- Provide expert advice to internal stakeholders on the design and production processes required for their communication materials, in addition to advice on adherence to the corporate brand Style Guide.
- Coordinate design projects and collaborate with Communications Advisers and/or project managers, including ongoing quality assurance.
- Ensure the production of all design projects run smoothly and any issues associated with the products being delivered are identified and addressed to ensure work is delivered in a timely manner and of high quality.
