  • Full Time Position (76 fortnightly hours)
  • $110,743.00 pa + Super + Salary Packaging* (to increase your take home pay)

Our training division, the Australian Institute of Social Relations, delivers high quality vocational education and professional development that strengthens the community services workforce. 

We are inviting Expressions of Interest from people who may be interested in a potential upcoming opportunity to provide parental leave cover in the role of Team Leader, Education and Training at AISR. 

 

About the opportunity 

This position leads AISR’s education and training programs, and plays an important role in shaping high quality learning experiences for our learners. The work involves guiding a team of educators, supporting curriculum design, and ensuring our programs remain responsive to industry needs and compliant with RTO requirements. 

People submitting an Expression of Interest would ideally bring experience in areas such as: 

  • Designing and delivering innovative training and assessment across face to face and online learning
  • Ensuring programs meet learner needs and align with RTO standards
  • Coordinating program delivery, educator resourcing and industry engagement
  • Supporting effective governance, compliance and quality assurance processes
  • Working collaboratively as part of a leadership team 

About you 

We welcome interest from people who hold: 

  • Tertiary qualifications (AQF Level 5 or above) in social sciences, education or a related field
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
  • Experience in the design, delivery and assessment of VET programs
  • Knowledge of RTO compliance and VET sector frameworks
  • Leadership capability and confidence working with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills with an ability to support the learning needs of vulnerable people
