Who we are looking for
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Information and Digital Support Officer with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for supporting staff to effectively use digital technologies.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience in information technology, information systems, science, statistics, or similar.
- Proficient in operating in a Windows based environment and a range of common productivity applications.
It would be a bonus if you have:
- Experience as an end user working with various systems.
- Experience as an Advanced user of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
What you will be doing
- Provide application and computing end user support as required.
- Assist with the implementation and support of digital tools, processes, and initiatives.
- Assist with monitoring and meeting upcoming program reporting requirements (such as quarterly reports), and work alongside RASA staff to help meet program funders' requirements.
- Maintain support processes, documentation, and knowledge base entries.
- Familiarise staff with digital technologies including hardware and modern workplace tools.
- Incident management: Identify, investigate, and resolve user issues and requests by problem solving and working with other team members and RASA service teams.
