- $106,194 p.a + Super + Salary Packaging* (to increase your take home pay)
- Located in across Adelaide CBD, Marion & Elizabeth.
Join RASA in a senior clinical leadership role where you can influence therapeutic practice, support staff development and help deliver safe, responsive and client-centred services for people accessing the National Redress Scheme.
The National Redress Scheme is for people who experienced child sexual abuse while in an institution.

Who we are looking for
To be successful in this role you will have:

Tertiary qualification (AQF Level 7) in Social Work, Psychology or related discipline and demonstrated knowledge and competencies appropriate to the work.

Extensive experience working with complex client matters.

Experience in trauma informed and trauma responsive practices.
-
Ability to implement organisational practices, processes and policies across a team
-
Experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
-
Experience working within the community services industry.
-
Experience working with clients who have experienced Out-of-Home-Care.
-
Experience in leadership and understanding of service provision.
It would be a bonus if you have:

Experience in community engagement.

Experience around working with victim/ survivors’ sexual violence
-
Experience in delivering clinical and operational supervision.
What you will be doing
-
Provide leadership and direction to Redress staff to support effective and purposeful case management strategies, including the provision of therapeutic support based on screening, risk assessment, case reviews, and assessment frameworks.

Provide high-quality support to people considering and applying to the National Redress Scheme, including clients in correctional facilities and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Promote the integration of therapeutic approaches throughout the client journey and ensure the team delivers a client-centred intake process, including universal holistic screening and risk assessment using the Detection of Overall Risk Screen (DOORS).

Provide clinical supervision and practice support to Therapeutic Case Workers and other staff delivering therapeutic interventions, in accordance with RASA's clinical governance framework/
